Caller: Patrick

Patrick, with an accent very similar to one of my Malaysian Indian friends, said he was ringing about light bulbs. Why? To give him his due he didn't hang up first and he was very polite but, I get these calls every day, usually with an 02 start to the number (not my state). When I googled his number no result and when I tried ringing back it rang out so on the balance of probabilities I think it most likely yet another scammer.
