I called back number (02) 9651 7938 rang once then goes to busy tone.

This number is calling me 20 times a day. Sick of it

Looks like a scam u call the number back disconnected annoying they keep calling blocked them

Scam - overseas. Ignored multiple calls....then phoned back after checking here. 'The number you called is not connected, please check the number before calling again'. Blocked, sorted!

They claim they are from the government and can give you money to spend back on your house from your tax
You can NOT call this number back.
I blocked this number as they wont get to the point and kept telling me they were from the government
They want someone to call you back with more info
I said I will call you back she declined

Tried to get my details about an eligibility program for homeowners.

Says they are calling about an Eligibility Program for working home owners under 59. Doesn’t appear to be such a thing (and why should there be right?).
When I asked questions they got aggressive with me and hung up. The number is now disconnected.

Caller reports to be about the Australian Ability Tax Scheme. NOT! Number is disconnected when called back. SCAM!!!

I keep getting calls from numbers like this that show up as being registered but when I call back Telstra tells me that my call could not be connected. How do these people gain access to old numbers?
