Caller: Said they were from Telstra but then asked I’d I had been in a car accident in recent months

The guy initially kept saying “ how are you today madam?” I said just get out what this is about... how is calling?!!
He said he was from Telstra(ha BS) then said “have you been in a car accident in recent months do you remember?” To which o replied oh I am so sick of you Scammers FO... hung up and blocked the number
However this is getting so frustrating I have registered to stop these scammers calls but they keep circumventing our telecommunications system must be some way to stop these mongrels once and for all?!!!
