We have been available in the Australia now for just over 12 months, and would like to introduce our Hyperseal products to you. Exclusively designed environmentally friendly up to 85% Reflective Roof Cool coating that helps insulate, seal and cools buildings by up to 40% and will help save power on air conditioning and save electrical cost.

We are currently seeking sub Distributors/ Retailers in each state and Professional Roofing / Painting Applicators who are both roofing and roof painting Specialists and Retailers To test, and tell others.

Heat absorption on the roof surface could be reduced from 60 C to 40 C on a hot day. Inside temperature of close ceiling rooms are reduced by up to 10-15 C.

Hyperseal – Glass Cool Top can be used on all surfacces either tiles, tin, steel or flat bitumen roofs and other surfaces.

Together with the Hyperseal- All Purpose, Rubber Coating product, this will Undercoat, Waterproof and Seals off any Rust or Cracks. Ect.

The U.S. Secretary of Energy and Nobel laureate Dr. Steven Chu has said that an improvement of buildings solar reflection will be a big step in the fight against global warming.

By use of Hyperseal – Glass Cool Top- on an average US- roof the heat absorption on the roof surface could be reduced from 60 C to 40 C on a hot day. Inside temperature of close ceiling rooms reduced by up to 10-15 C, giving a substantial improvement of the indoor climate.

In addition, a saving of electricity for cooling / ventilation of the building on up to 5000 kWh equivalent to 2.7 tonnes of CO2. CO2 savings by treating the roof with Glass Cool Top - can be converted in US- average to driving 20.000 km less in a car.

Without treatment by Glass Cool Top, the building absorbs the sun rays resulting in increased costs for cooling. The exact degree of absorption depends on the pigment colour and roof type.

Glass Cool Top- Used with All Purpose Coating- is not only a weapon in the fight against Warming / Cooling.
