I found that TelCollect deducted $79.00 in my direct debit account last 14 march 2014.As I discussed that telcollect will not deduct any amount in my account unless I have signed an agreement and I'm not holding any agreement. This is to inform your good office that I want my money back and please stop deducting any amount in my account. Thank you.

You have taken $79 from my account informing me that my home phone bill was going to be a set$39 dollars but Iim still receving bills from telstra aswell as yours tthis is a joke I cant contact to you as the number I try does not ring I want my money back and I will take it further.

My son Rupert Karvan, who suffers from schizophrenia was recently contacted on the phone by one of your sales people who persuaded him to enter into an agreement that he had not a clue about. As a consequence, your company took from his pension account, $89.00 in July, and $49.50 in August. He does not even know the account number. What method you used to find these details is dishonest and unconscionable. The NAB has put a stop to further debits and raised a dispute. You also commandeered his account so he was no longer with Telstra. THAT IS OUTRAGEOUS. As his official carer I have re-instated my son with Telstra. They have reported you to the Ombudsman and unless funds rebated, further action will be taken. My son no longer answers his phone in fear of yet another company calling him. NO PERSON ON A DISABILITY PENSION SHOULD EVER BE CONTACTED. I would advise you check first before calling.

your company took out my my account 79.00 I would like the reason why and who gave telcollect to access my account which ,I never signed up with you.i want a full refund of the amount as I have advised my bank about this situation and will be doing a investigation.
