The staff are lovely and spent alot of time helping my son who has some behaviour and learning problems but the management is the worst business I have ever met they puts the fees up without telling you cashes checks but then tells you they never received them then when you want to discuss the issues they kick you of the property. They also kicked my kid out of daycare without notice then tells me they didn't so there is no need for them to pay me back my bond but then tells me they gave my sons days away and his not allowed back to the center but they are not kicking him out. This daycare was a the best daycare my son had been to and he made such an improvement but the management unfortunately has very bad customer service and no business skills. I also wanna add that I tried to put this issue to rest by paying her the money she thought I owed her I went ito see her with cash in my hand she refused my money telling me I could not afford it. Now I have received a letter from her stating that I need to pay her her money or she will seek a debt collection agency. She also states at the bottom of her letter that if I keep writing online reviews of her business and tarnish Kindyway's reputation she will involve lawyers to sue for damages of loss of income or litigation. I always thought this country had freedom of speech after all that's why these site allow you to review the businesses. I think people should be informed about my experiences with this company.
