Caller: Faulty product

Hello, I bought a curling iron on Amazon in November 2019 that has never worked. Unfortunately I missed the return period offered by Amazon and have opened up the box again now to find the warranty card issued by your company with your email address as: mail @ oschin.com.au which bounced back.

The issue is a shortage of electricity. The light on the rod comes on for a second then goes off and the rod never gets hot, even when the light is off, which I thought might just be a light bulb issue.

Could you please advise me on how I can get a replacement as promised by the warranty card. My email is jess_snyder @ hotmail.com and I am happy to provide a photo of the product and warranty card.
