When asked what they were selling they asked would I like to buy some vegemite. naturally I hung up. Called again and left no message.

Caller: Someone claiming to be from "Security department for Visa and Mastercard"

claimed they had detected transactions on my card at 4am in the morning and did i authorise them, did anyone else have access to my card.... When i asked them what the transaction were for - $129 for Netflix (WTF) and $499 for an Amazon purchase (again WTF). When i asked him to provide confirm my card number he hung up !! and of course when i tried to call the number back it isn't connected... what a surprise... NOT..... Oh and the ignorant person was eating while on the phone ... such an UNprofessional piece of scamming sh*t.

Caller: Scammer from visa

Person said he was from visa and called my by name. Asked if I could hear him. Then he stopped talking. So I hung up. This is got to be the 6th scamming phone call today. If its not Visa, it’s Telstra. If its not Telstra it’s Microsoft.

Hung up when I don't want to confirm the surname they address me.

must be international scammers day, this is the 5th call claiming suspect transaction

Caller: the "security department of Mastercard and Visa"

Had a call from Justin who asked for me by name and said he was from the security department of Mastercard and Visa then asked if I could hear him as the line was bad.
I said I could ear him and asked where he was calling from and he hung up on me.
