This number called my mobile and landline at the same time and left no message on either device. Don't know anyone in Sydney and was outside business hours. Owner been spoofed?

Foreign voice said I had filled in a " form "in the last 2 years and that I'd won a holiday, paying only $320 for 3 nights accommodation.
Told him I had 6 school aged children so that was never going to work, but he assured me it could be managed, I just hung up.
