She rang up and told me to put the stuff on the side under the stairs out in the bin area which I did but then charged me a week rent for it behind my back (a real mendacious, obnoxious person). The principle of some ppl who worked for the gov. What goes around come around adventually I hope !

They (manager) rang you with private caller (turned off their ID) and expect you to answer, what happen in reverse ?? Almost nobody answer their phone these days if it comes up unknow caller, turn your caller ID on or don't ring people, very rude from Riverwood housing and you know who you are and that is low act from within yourself.

I have been paying my full rent , plus an they have charged me an extra 10$ for 3 yrs , when I'm not even behind, now I've paid an extra 1000$ in rent and they won't refund me , absolutely criminal

My housing officer at Riverwood DOH claims to not know about the private rental scheme which is on their website as a support i have a family of 5 in a tiny 2br unit, my 6yr old son is still in my & my partner room so our only option is to go through the private sector with our rent subsidised because they don't have any 4br places & she (Joetina) says she doesn't know what I'm talking about I've called DOH head office & they told me yes they do the private rental scheme especially for large family's also a senior officer at riverwood DOH (zoran) told us that's our only option & this Joetina doesn't know her job so because of that my family is suffering it makes me so mad!!!
