I've had a number of calls from this same person - the call sounds like it is a pre recorded message in another language (i think Chinese). Have had the same message playing with calls from two other mobile phone numbers (which I blocked) they then took caller ID off and called again. Nobody talks. I just hang up. This last time, it went to my message bank so i have the non understandable message recorded now.
