Phone call went along the lines of: Hi Maam, this is (insert English sounding name - Indian with strong accent) from Telstra Technical Department. There is a problem with your internet...... At this point I asked him to repeat his name, as I didn't get it, and he hung up. 2nd phone call in 2 days, but first one was from a private no on mobile.

Sound like a scam
