Installation of nbn was terrible I have no phone for 3 or 4 days . told .I had phone before the technition worked on it . When I told him I had no phone he said thats your problem get your provider to fix it,He used a 50 year line not in use because of a previous fault'HE did not use the new line Optus put in to correct the fault. We are 83 years of age and need the phone because of health reasons. Bill
