A heavily-accented fellow calling himself "Lee" called "from technical department of nbn and Telstra". He could provide no credible evidence that he was associated with either company and his technical knowledge was superficial at best, but I strung him along for a quarter of an hour while he tried to use Even Viewer to convince me I'd been hacked. Normally they hang up much earlier when it becomes clear that they can't be convincing.
