I'm lost for words. So sorry I have not found this site earlier. Vision One Property has set up the personal investment property and property for SMSF for my husband and I. We have lost already so much money, time trying to correct all issues and incorrectly done documents, we have been hassled by ATO, we are afraid we going to lose super and property as well. People responsible are nowhere to be found. Maple Planning/Maple Finance Solutions are also involved in this scam! Shame on you people. Please spread the word - these are not to be trusted, guard your money and your super with all power you have!

We were scammed by peter Thornton who was asked by vision to help us with an investment loan . The loan was set up all wrong for us and we're now $900 a month out of pocket instead of $200 as we were first advised . I sent Numerous emails to peter for help ,he replied to a few but has ignored us since ....... never again !!!

I have been with this company for 4 years and bought 3 properties in Windsor, Kellyville and Baulkham Hills. I have made a lot of money. I recxomwnd uaing if you want good advice

I am currently being hounded by the ATO as Heritage totally screwed up my super & have cost me pretty much ALL of my hard earned super & then some.
I am desperate to find a PROFESSIONAL who can advise me. Do you have any contacts at all please?
I would also like to be involved in any class action but wonder if there is any option there now that the company has been closed by ASIC??
Any help would be greatly received. I am sick at the thought of this whole situation.

think we were scammed too so i was trying to find you on the net to talk to you so how could an investor get scammed ... that is if this is you and i am sorry if its not just not trusting people lately ... but you seem to have your own investment company now i am confused as i found this

I'm an accountant in Baulkham Hills, one of my clients was stung by Heritage Financial Solutions, were are putting a team together in February to consider carrying out a class action.

You have to be kidding!! Faye Kotsis and her team are scammers. She is evil and does not care about your financial growth, only hers. The sons are just as bad.

We too were scammed by Heritage Financial Solutions / Vision One Property criminals.

A similar story to those I've read above of a SMSF incorrectly set up. The only way we could dig our way out was o borrow more money to replace our Super to appease the ATO.

A little wiser now but still sickened by the lies, massively inflated costs and total lack of support on any level.

When we contacted them about our concerns with the breaches within our SMSF they directed us to their lawyers Viana Lawyers in Paradise Point QLD.

These fine people told us that they regretted to advise us that David Parry Finance Pty. Ltd. (formerly, "Heritage") had gone into liquidation; and they were no longer instructed in the matter.

These lawyers still insisted that the SMSF structure was compliant in their view... but we would need to financially engage them if we wanted to resolve the matter.

When we finally did find some real SMSF experts, (the people who helped us finally put things right) suggested that there were so many breaches in how they'd set the fund up that the situatation could never have been reversed or recovered.

We now have a personal Investment Property we paid way too much for and a loan to put our SMSF back to how it was (plus interest) before we ever met these smooth talking crooks.

And what became of Heritage FS?
VisionOne Property started up in the same office location with the same staff.

You obviously have not been stung by this ruthless mob, one of the few lucky ones, hey.

I don't see how you can say they are a great company, I had worked for this company for two 1/2 years ,I know the inside trading of this company and it is corrupt as hell. They are being pursued by many legal agencies, and many heartbroken families, many crying on the phone, hoping that this evil company gets their just dessert very soon.

Have been chasing this for 6 years now going into my 7th year.

i posted in April of this year we too have been scammed by these grubs back in 2010 we lost all our super , investigating in 2014. 6 years heading into our 7th year. I have dealt with the ATO being fined for having an illegal super account which was set up by Heritage Financial solutions, also using Fast loans sun Pac and the grubs just change their names and ABN number and off they go again. I have chased this up with the Credit Ombudsman and each time i provide them with the details and about to close on them they change there name and this is how they get away with it. An over priced house in the middle of no where but they put together all these fake brochures and figures to make it look good. Like i said i know and have been involved with this for 6 years now and want our money back but we need to band together with a group of people when we put it out there 3 years ago nobody was wanting to come forward looks like there are quite a few now.

I was also caught out by this company and getting hounded by the ATO. I'm in the process of trying to sort out the huge mess which will no doubt cost me many many thousands. The set up of my SMSF was incorrectly done, the title of the property purchased and attached loan are all in my name and not in that of the super fund. In short, it does not comply. I would be great if we could be compensated, but financially I just can't afford the potential legal fees. At the same time, I'm not so sure it's possible to go after them as they no longer trade under Heritage Financial, they changed their name to Vision One a couple of years ago. In any case, I'd would mind chatting further with you to discuss the matter, I'm positive we're not alone.
