Its BSA, and the reason there may not be anyone on the other end is because they use a common automated system due to the amount of people they have to contact everyday. So, if the system detects an answering machine, it doesn't pass the call through, sometimes unfortunately this is actually a person. Luckily, they call mannually later in the day when they have less people to contact. Its a good idea to answer or call back because often foxtel send them through the wrong details, like address, time frame, or even put the wrong box on the order so you can end up paying more, and if you answer you can change these details before its too late or the technician has gone to the wrong house. Also makes sure the tech brings out the right equipment so he doesn't have to come back another day if ur house is really high or something. Among other things.

They are full of sh*t. I got 3 text messages today off them today sent from three different mobile numbers,when I called the three numbers back they were all disconnected straight away.I have never contacted them at all and I definatley don't want it..The texts said. To confirm your Foxtel tv appointment on 21/12/2015 at 2-5 please reply yes to this message.if you reply no a BSA rep will contact you or call (02) 9475 2896. I have never contacted them.

Foxtel Installation Group - finished phone call in less than a minute (very happy). Just called to confirm day, time and location for installation. Answered straight away during peak time.

Yep, Foxtel. I called them back, the company is BSA. They just confirm your installation details, ask if you have a working TV, a landline, internet and to keep any pets safe and secure!

its either telstra or foxtel......the message when you call back is usually to advise that they had a missed call from your number and they want to know if they can still help and are you satisfied with the service you received from telstra.
