Yes same. Just got a call after 5pm, so no time to call real estate to verify.  When I tried to call them the number they gave to ask them some questions the girl sounded very nervous and wouldn't even tell me her address. Funny they know mine!  I will definitely be ringing strata to check tomorrow. And yes tehy always send a notice with plenty of warning about these things.
