This is supposed to be AVID support number for PROTOOLS softawares but no one answer the phone never !! I purchased a telephone support code and I have tried for almost 2 months so far and nothing. I have been on hold even for 71 minutes! I highly recommend not to buy any protools or avid product, the customer service is very bad.
