Anonymous, the minute anyone asks for your password know it is a scam. Just go e them the flick.😀

Got a call claiming they were from Telstra and that they were receiving signals that my modem was displaying congestion. It was a very bad line, crackly and with a lot of background noise. After asking me how many devices I had running from the modem the caller then transferred me to his supervisor. The line with the supervisor didn't have the background noise of a call centre and I could understand the "supervisor". She introduced herself and said the call had been transferred to her to see if she could sort the problem. She then tried to get me to type in a command which I know would have given them access to my computer and all my details. I then told her to hang on a minute and went to give her a blast with a cheap air horn that I have. But unfortunately it didn't work. So I just left the phone sitting there and could hear her asking if I was still there. After about 10 minutes, she hung up. Scam for sure

I just got a call from this number, but when I went to answer the call, there was no one there. Def a scam

This is a scam, where they try to take remote control of the computer. Claim to be from Telstra, but they are not.

Something to do with internet connection - left line open. They pissed off.

I looked this number up and it is a Melamed Family from 16 Pacific Street, Watson Bay in Sydney. I don’t know them or who they are working with. Any ideas?

A call from this number purported to be from Telstra service department and hung up when I called it for a scam.

Said his name was Daniel ringing for some organization, when I asked him to repeat he hung up, sounded like a room full of people in background.

Called saying he was from Telstra and they were receiving errors from my router.
SCAM!!

Got a few calls from this number claiming that they are from Telstra wanting to know my password and that I have a line issue. But my account is not with Telstra. Could be a scam.
