I get a call from (02) 9333 6555 3 to 4 times a week. When I answer they hang up or theres no one there. At first I thought it was a prank caller so searched their number and came up with: www.myview.com.au which should be changed to www.ourviewisthatwedontcareaboutyourprivacy.com.au
The (02) 9333 6555 is an automated outbound number with a brainless idot incharge of it. Thus it doesnt work.
Angry, I called them on (02) 9333 6500 and told them to sort their crap out. The guy was an idot and said it was legal because they do market research.
I had to re-explain that I didnt care because (02) 9333 6555 calls and hangs up on me three to four times a week. Which isnt market research, I mean WTF?
Please call them and tell them what you think of them. Please dont hold back.

12 july 2011 - this number just called me, I cancelled the call without answering and glad i did by the looks of it. Be careful calling back unknown numbers - in japan there is a scam where you call back and it is a premium rate number and they get the cash and you get the bill!

I have also received a call from this number. I too have no idea who they are or what they want. But, to date, thankfully (based on the above), they have not bothered to call me again.

I just got a call from this number, he asked for me by name and company, he knew my identify. A person named Tim, said was from Optus regarding a call we made about a week and a half ago. He was calling on behalf of Optus for Customer Service quality assurance. Well, I didn’t have a clue what he was talking about. He just keep repeating "I must have contacted Optus a week or more ago" He was checking on the customer service. I said, he must KNOW what he wants to ask about the check if I was a satisfied customer. With that, the line went dead! He hung up!! If they were really Optus checking on quality of customer service, THEY NEED TO GO BACK TO SQUARE ONE!! That was appalling!!
