Caller said I was past due date for payment and payment of new card fee. I was asked to pay my account immediately but in meantime card was suspended. I have never missed a repayment. Please Amex post a comment here advising and warning your clients. Who ever it is on this number must be stopped.

Again, pick up phone and on answering voice. No AMEX card and my DJ's card is well and truly up to date. Probably an autodialler of some sort, but more than just annoying.

They called me twice. (Said it was AMEX) The first time it was silent and I hung up. The second time they asked for my birth date. Not stupid enough to give them my birth date.

A couple calls a day around the same time for months...never leave a message. Would be on an autodialler. Those things should be banned or at least require human re-entry of the number after a couple tries. I do not have an Amex card. I never answer.

It's AMEX, if you don't trust the caller just ring AMEX back on their 1300 number

Constant harassment - no one on the other end of the line when answered between 5-6 times per day. Also I have no AMEX c/c as previously mentioned.

We contacted AMEX using their 1300 number. They recognised the given number as one of their departments and called that department. No one from the department had tried to contact us and AMEX are reporting calls to FRAUD!

Rings everyday without fail. Have advised that we have no interest, but they persist in ringing. No just hang-up without answering.
