i had a call from this number. Lady said her name was Nicky from BUPA and there was a credit amount on our account. Asked for our bank account number. She was happy to give me her phone number, but when I called back 10 minutes later, she had no idea who I was or why she would have rung me! (We are not members of BUPA)
