Caller: Menulog called to tell me they'd cancelled my order, an hour after placing the order! The app said the driver had been assigned and yet my order was cancelled. I've had nothing but trouble and problems with Menulog lately and I will not be using them ever again. I've removed the app and blocked their number now. There are plenty of other apps that do a better and faster job!

Caller: (02) 9240 8140 Never received order and had to contact Menulog about this, received a voucher and purchased from a different store. Food was late. In total waiting for food was about four hours. 3rd time using menulog and Will not be using menulog again. Save yourself the time and don't use Menulog. Uber eats I've used plenty of time and never had issues.

Caller: Menulog It was worth answering the call. There was something missing from my order which I was not going to worry about but they found out about the missing item from the driver. They gave me a voucher to use towards my next order. It is very nice that they actually have a customer service department and fix issues unlike Uber Eats!

Caller: Menulog Call Centre I didn’t answer. It was something to do with the following:
I placed an order (from a restaurant that I had ordered from previously with no issue) and used the chat function to ask why they were taking so long to assign a driver. I was told it would have to be cancelled due to the fact I was out of their delivery zone... I’m 3 mins down the road, literally. AND I had ordered from them previously. *shakes head*
I won’t be ordering from them again - too many issues.
Uber Eats all the way!!!!!

Caller: Menulog An order of mine randomly declined even though the driver was going to pick it up, then I got a refund. Then a few moments later I got a call. Didn’t answer both times though.

I had a problem with an order, they emailed asking to confirm my phone number details for the order, and then about 10 minutes later I got a call from them just following up on what happened.

Menulog. If you have an incorrect order and spoke to the restaurant, menulog will contact you regarding payment.
