Iam a woman with a disability and yesterday I was put for 43 min on hold and then the line went silent and now one answered . It was very frustrating especially when I couldn't drive to your iffice because if sickness and u was calling from my prepaid mobile phone because I don't have access to a land line .

some weeks ago at the bankstown centrelink branch I applied for the aged pension service officer Doreen all forms finalised .

Is it only Centrelink at Campsie or all of them are so slow and frustrating. I had to apply for Age Pension recently starting in September. Had to make 3 trips average 1 hour and more. Once we were sent away at the end of the 1 1/2 hour wait because the computer was slow or down. All was to submit the original documents for ID purpose.
The last trip was just to submit the Aust Citizenship. It was accepted luckily at the front desk so only 10 min in and out (I had to arrive at 8:30AM to be that luckly). Hoorah
I think Centrelink should have a fast and slow queue (if it already occurs?)
I normally have tremendous patience but that was over the threshhold!
