Caller: A chap from a company representing Autism Australia

I listened to what he was trying to sell (took about 10 minutes) eventually he asked if I would like to support them - I explained I already donate to a lot of charities, so no I don't want to donate and I'd like my name removed from your database. He instantly asked "So you're not interested in helping Children" - when I said 'No I am not' he hung up on me! Now I don't know if my number has been removed from their Db for future calls for donations!

I received a call several days ago and the male voice said he was from Autism Australia - I told him not to call my number again and ended the call. They called again this morning - I answered the call - I just said hello - no-one answered and then, whoever was on the phone ended the call - I don't usually answer unidentified calls but this morning I was curious. Will be going back to not answering my home phone at all.

I wish these people would stop calling how do they get access to everyone’s numbers these days

Everytime I answer, it just hangs up inmediately. If I check my voicemail, there is nothing... What is going on?

They are a real pest don't stop calling even though i never answer their call .

They have called twice a day every day for the past week. I have answered a couple of times and now just let the phone go to voicemail. I cannot understand him when he says the company he is calling from. This is very annoying. If it is a charity, this is not the way to get donations, it’s harrassment.

Someone from Autism Australia, wouldn’t stop talking and arguing when told to call back as I was not in NSW and was on different Timezone from where he was calling. It was early morning from where I was when he called!!! Definitely NOT going to be interested in donating if the caller argues with you on the phone!!!
