It's not a scam, it's Facebook. We run a Facebook agency and this is the number our rep calls from. They're mostly based in Singapore but it's legit.

An automated Message from Home security, it said there was an arrest warrant out for me and to press 1 to continue. I obviously did not press 1.

helped give coupon for advertisement discount for bushfire affected business

It's Facebook. If you have an ad account, raised an issue or scheduled a call with a Facebook rep - it's them calling.

It is the Facebook marketing team offering expert help with your advertising campaigns. Seems legitimate as i've had these before.

Claiming to be from my electricity provider they knew my name but not what electricity company I used I told them they got the wrong number

Seems like a scam, trying to pretend they are facebook.
Tried calling me many times, seems a bit too aggressive.

I just had 3 back to back missed calls - they didn't leave any voicemail either. Suspicious.

rang once and disconnected too

they called 6 times within an hour,I answered once and said nothing, an Indonesian speaking woman said hello then hung up - when I called back it just hung up

I phoned back and got disconnected straight away
