I too have ordered the bras from this company in november and my credit card also has been debited But the Bras have never arrived.As far as contacting consumer affairs just for the record we had to do this years ago about a faulty and torn lounge from Stalions Leather Lounges they seem to pass the buck as i have heard this so much

I purchased a set of 5 Paris Bra's after seeing the infomercial advertising it. I was forced to buy a set of 5. It took many weeks to receive the product, with no communication from the seller, but my credit card had been debited immediately. When I received them, the Bra I tried on did not fit, support or do anything (give cleavage)it had advertised it would do. I took pictures to prove it clearly did not fit, and my breasts were round near my waist while wearing it. I then tried to return them, but was told by the company I was not entitled to a refund. So I contacted consumers affairs, and lodged a complaint in writing, they sent me a letter back saying they could not do anything and to take the matter to the small claims tribunal. The next day i received an email from Hi life, with a return code and told I would be given a refund once the items were returned. I returned them registered post on the 24/12/2012 and they are still telling me it will be 3 weeks till I get a refund, which they have been saying from the start. Today they contacted me and asked me for the tracking number, they said if I didn't have it that they were unable to issue a refund (luckily I had it, but they had suggested i return the item express post & I would not have had any proof if I had done that). They appeared to have no clue whether my return has been received and asked me to prove it, so they clearly are not recording returns or you would expect that it would be in there "system". I have sent the tracking number, but it takes them days if not a week to get back usually. I expect i will be mucked around for many months to come and will be lucky to ever see a refund.

These people will not accept returns! As far as they are concerned, you do not have the right to return the product, no matter what your circumstances are, you just have to accept whatever they decide for you!

I have been leaving messages and emails with these people for the last 8 days wanting a returns code. No email or call in return they charged my card $250.00. I have a family to look after. WHat is my next best step

Have been recieving these nuisance calls at all times of the day / night for over 10mths. If I answer line drops out. Have reported it to Police for wat it's worth. Fair Traiding sounds like it may be more usefull to stop them calling me.

I have also had problems, on the TV it states it is a trial and after the first month, i noticed a $129.00 payment come from my account. I called them after it taking me half a day and threating them i would go to the Police and put in a Fraudulent transaction on my account, they called me back and told me i agreed to the ongoing payment of these products. I asked to hear the recording and they kept putting me off and i never actually heard it. Silly me said yes to the last shipment but agreed i would actually only need another lot every 4 months. Today i check my bank account, 4 weeks after the last lot has been charged and another lot has been charged.
Can't contact company, so i have sent them a detailed email with a high Importance and a read receipt. Have given them till Monday to refund this money plus fees and if they fail to ley me know by Monday Lunchtime, i will go to my Bank and also to the Police as this is a Fraudulent Transaction. I have also told them i no longer want their products as there is plenty of other companies with the same kind of Products and they need to look at their customer service as how many people are they loosing due to their stuff ups/
Really Idiots should not be running companies grrr
