I've had 2 lots of funds deducted from my account! How do I stop it , how do I get my money back ! I bought a 9.95 sample of immortal cream and now twice I've been done! I'm far from happy! Can I get my money back and if not how can I stop it happening again!!!????

HiLife Health and Beauty are the sister company of Rapid Loss Shakes and use the same call centre and staff. They currently offer a sixteen day free trial of Rapid Loss products that is false and misleading. Using the same tactics they try and charge customers at least $ 225 for products that either never arrive or are impossible to return. The Managing Director is Peter Nicholas and he has received rave reviews in the business press for this type of business practice. Interestingly on his own website he will not accept unsolicited calls

Same thing happened to me. Why don't they get investigated and hold them accountable? Don't we have laws in this country for this deception and theft? I am waiting for this to get on A Current Affair.. and have Peter Nicholas chased down the street and visited at his Martin Place Office by ACA team of cameramen asking for explanations.. PLEASE EXPLAIN!

I have been on the phone now for 40 mins with no answer want to cancel my order with no luck, I agree with another complaint that some one said about channel 9 for letting this happen they should look into the after sales service and not let this sort of thing happen again

After waiting 5 weeks for my order of Rapid Loss products - with their excuses of "Warehouse" problems, I've asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. Fingers crossed!!!

After talking to a spokesperson in Consumer Affairs Office and being instructed to show that I had made contact with this company to voice my complaints. I phoned to tell Healthy Life, firstly that I spoken to Consumer Affairs, then I sent them an email... The phone call produced a ' Job Number ' to quote when I sent the goods back to this company, and in due course I would receive a ' Credit on my Visa Card ' ... I have now returned the goods and am waiting for them to ' Honour Their Promise With The Card Credit ' ...??????

I bought face cream from this company in October14 . Wasn't happy with product but did nothing Got a free gift Was advertised on Chanel 7 morning program. On the 18/12/14 I had $108.95 taken out of my account via credit card from Hi life health and beauty
I cancelled my card today. Rang the company no answer rang bank as this is an unauthorised transaction. Don't know if I will have any luck.
I am disgusted with Chanel. 7 for allowing these scammers to advertise on their shows,
We need to stop these crooks
I too have been left short for Christmas

I also have the same problem Robyn also with another company SkinPhysics they also take money out and do not send product. and HI LIFE Heal a sham i have put in hand of the Police .Kathy

What a ' Rotton Scam' ... I just received a parcel from Healthy Life containing cosmetics I didn't agree to receive . $108.95 now sitting on my Credit Card and at Xmas time especially, this is an *OUTRAGE*... I also tried ringing this ' Company of Crooks', and after hanging on for 30 minutes, they asked for my phone number to call me back, which of course apparently will never happen . Will email them and also cancel my Credit Card.

I have had the same problem with this company. They took money out of my bank account before I agreed to purchase the produces they were selling. They convince you on the TV ad you get a lot of free products but they are not free as you pay for them in their scam. The bra's they sell the ad on TV con the buyer by letting them know they get pay for 3 bra's and get the rest for free. I'm going to be seeking legal advice about this company

Going through same as others. My next call will be at CH7 from where I seen promo for this 16 day trial. CH7 have some sort responsibility in all this, after all they are accepting payment from this company and make the statement of how good they are.

Hilife are crooks and people should stay away from them they obtain your money fraudulently by scamming and telling you its a free 16 day trial of rapidloss shakes you will get charged $@09.95 and if you don't pay they will send debt collectors after you I have no intention of paying and A Current Affairs are investigating them and The Office of Fair Trading so contact them if you are experiencing the same trouble as me

I got a call and offered a 90 % discount on Paris Bra. The person I was talking said they will get the money on my account, when I received the product. On tuesday 30-4 2031. I check my account hi life already took my money. Why......... I though you will take the money after 16 days trial. I haven't get the product yet. Why you ripping the people we work hard on our money and some crocodile just get it easily............... Please don't do this again.......
