Keeps ringing up asking for my mum, already dealt with connect hearing by phone. Could be a scanner that’s hacked into their number

Caller: (02) 9137 2330 called me Too bad. I couldn't hear it when it rang.
I wish a hearing aid company would understand that hard of hearing people sometimes do not hear /or/ are not comfortable to talk on the phone at times; when outside, for example.
Three Suggestions: to use TEXT or EMAIL or LEAVE A MESSAGE.
Written text is beautiful, isn't it?!

Caller: Connect Hearing Connect Hearing keep calling. My Audiologist said that they are required to put details on a central registry for concession card holders (which I am not) and companies like Connect Hearing keep taking details off it to try to poach clients from other Audiologists!
