Definitely NOT Reckon. Indian scam caller from Kolkata spoofing a Sydney based number. Called Sunday morning to tell me my Reckon "offer" was about to expire. Do not give any details to these scammers. Contact Reckon directly on their land line number during business hours Monday through Friday.

Have verified with the Reckon Support Desk 1800 732 566) that the Caller and Text message from (02) 9134 3300 is not their number. This number has now been BLOCKED on my phone.

Said they were from Reckon Customer Service team and calling to advise my credit card details needed updating prior to the subscription renewal date which falls in a couple of weeks time, and they were able to quote the exact date renewal is due. They did not request for any personal information but asked that I do this by logging into my Reckon account and then guided me to the dashboard area where I could update card details. I listen out very carefully for scam calls and did a reverseaustralia lookup while speaking with them. I would not have shared any personal details had I been asked. Overall, I would have to gauge this as a legitimate call.

Be careful SCAMMER is ringing pretending to be IT support from Recon Software. If you've used Reckon then contact them directly.

I signed up for a trial to use Reckon, an accounting software. They called me some hours later to see how it was going/ if there was anything they could help with. Legit, not a scammer
