My phone thought it was spam. I tried to call back when I didn't answer it, and nothing. If that was a legitimate business, they'd answer. Scumbags. Don't answer and block the number.

Answered - beeped and disconnected.100% scam

They cannot see where you are by simply calling your mobile. Don't offer advice about things you know nothing about.

call centre of some sort of offshore IT company I think as i heard a conversation in the background during the voicemail. Most likely a scam

i have at least a dozen of these numbes i add to scammer i my phone and don't answer !!!!

Silent call which dropped after a couple of seconds.

I answered, they hung up. Given all of the comments for Aug 7 above, I'm guessing they must call in batches and likely a heap more people have just been dialled like I have on Aug 12

I have received 2 calls in two days. I have tried to call back each time and the message says you cant make a call to this number.

Must be a scam.

They hang up every time we answered. They're probably phoning to see if you're home. They can see where you are from the location of your mobile phone. If they phone your landline and you answer they know you are home. If you are robbed after getting calls from numbers that are not registered to anyone, inform the police that you were getting calls these calls. Keep a list of the phone numbers you got calls from to give police if you are robbed.

Called back had a funny ring tone. No one answered. They called me back in afternoon but I have blocked. Seemed odd

i had a missed call from this line on my mobile, i tried to call back and it rang out, no message bank or company name left. think it was a sales call

I called back the number (02) 9134 2789 but the call didn't go through
