Didn't pick up, called back and the line was disconnected. Definitely a scam number.

I don't answer unknown numbers. Looking at the comments on here, glad I didn't. Number blocked.

Call from this number to confirm my amazon subscription and to get access to my computer to access their server to check my subscription. SCAM!

Did not leave a message, did not return call, very easy. Blocked Number.

Answered call and said money was being deducted and to press one to except or 2 to decline

They have rung three times ( two different people) saying they are from Telstra offering a 30% discount on phone bill, seems dodgy, asking for fill name

Scam call - woman with a heavy sub-continental accent saying if I provided personal details they would pay me an advance. Asked who it was and she said “the Business Finance Company”, which sounds like it was made up by three kids in a trenchcoat. Hung up and will boock number.

Machine voice claiming tax file number has been suspended

Something about a tax problem and a warrant for my arrest to be issued unless I pressed "1" to talk to them. I hung up

Answered the call to get a recorded message saying that my tax file number was suspended & to prevent legal action press 1, which I did, then it rang through & some Indian sounding woman answered claiming to be the The Australian Tax Office, I told her that I didn't think it was the Tax Office & she hung up on me!!!! I tried to call back but it wouldn't connect

Tax office threat to call Police - scam

Called twice at 12:30am at night. Ruined my sleep and the next day. Sounded like someone was driving and there were two buttons hit

I answered call but no one talked. I could hear someone talking in the background so I wonder if a machine just dials numbers and if someone answers they are notified and eventually try to scam you. But if they are busy, their machine probably earmarks your number as a valid number and it’ll try call you again later. I don’t know for sure but i bet there would be some type of machine involved
