Has called me twice now. First time was at 8pm on Monday (I am on the do not call log). Second time was just now - I answered and was immediately hung up on. Assuming it is a scammer seeing if the phone line is active

Noting comes up in google search. And I blocked another number similar to this, so I presume it is spam or someone trying to sell me something. No voicemail or text left.
