Reading all the comments,some say it’s dodo and others saying scam call.I’m not a dodo customer so I’m going with scam..Blocked!

It is not a scam. It is 100% Dodo.

I had an active support ticket for Dodo; my call from this number was Dodo calling me to action/resolve my ticket. This was a valid call.

It was Dodo calling me to resolve a technical issue I reported through the MyDodo portal.

It’s definitely DoDo, I requested a call to supply electricity and they called from this number. After signing up, I called their number listed on their Website directly to make sure it was legitimate and it was. They are very pushy at selling stuff, that’s about it

Which they use to communicate with customers for things like Plan changes status; current mobile data % usage; logon temporary code for secondary security (same as Apple & Banks) etc

Dodo technical support calling me back about a line fault I had reported the previous day. It's a legitimate number.

Missed call from this number, from reading previous comments I assume it is Dodo as I just signed up with them. No message was left. Not a scam call.

I'm not with Dodo and never have been - so it's cold calling marketing.
If they are using the same number for tech enquiries as they are for cold calling then they aren't very bright as they are going to get blocked.

They also use (02) 9133 5980. I answered the call but said nothing and he hung up on me after two seconds.

I need to answer this number..it is dodo technical support..its being blocked n I can't unblock it..Geez...

Caller: They claimed to be DODO

Called me and claimed to be DODO. They asked me personal questions to which I did not answer. I complained that they called me on the phone and they said they would send me an email. I have not received anything.

Dodo is part of a group, Eftell, aanet all owned by the same company. I am with aaNet and have received an email advising that they will discontinue my ADSL2 as there is NBN available in my area, and to look for an NBN provider.

It is actually a legitimate call- if you are an EFTEL/AANET customer for your phone/Internet. Vocus Group who own EFTEL (and also Dodo) are stopping the telco service provision through EFTEL by Dec 09, 2019, so a switch to another provider is needed. It is likely a call to assist with this.
