Caller: Someone from “The Visa and Mastercard Security Department” Kept trying to tell me he was from the Visa and Mastercard Security Department. Wouldn’t say what he wanted until I gave him my details. I wouldn’t give him my details until he would tell me what he wanted. He hung up on me when I tried to question him more about his Department. Stupid scammers.

Caller: The name provided to me was "Amanda Paul" This caller said she was from Telstra and that the IP address on my computer had been compromised. I said that I would ring Telstra back. After checking the number recorded on my phone with details on this site, I don't think I will bother. I feel that the call was fraudulent.

Caller: Steven Said his name was Steven. Strong accent. Claimed to be from Amazon security and was calling about an order. I have no outstanding orders so I knew it was a bogus call. He asked if I wanted to cancel the order. I suppose this is where they confirm my account details. The number he called on was shown but it was always busy when I tried to ring him back.

Caller: Someone from Telstra Received a call, male voice said he was from Telstra offering me 50% off because I am a local customer (which I am). Asked me if I had any complaints with my service. Then transferred me to his manager with a female voice, she gave me her operator number D112936.
