i just got the phone call from the same number, the first thing that woman asked me is my name and address, i immediately googled cba number, which is 132221, and i ask her the reason, she said she has to confirm my name first, and i asked her which branch shes calling from, she answed the wrong name of my branch, so i hung up the call.
