They call several times at 4am but dont leave message. When I call back I get a strange dial tone.

Caller: A survey company They were asking about my age if I owned my home and did a tax accountant help me with my tax return to get a $5000 refund. When I asked where she was calling from sh wouldn’t tell me. I hung up.
