Said they were from an electricity company but there was a delay from when I answered to when they spoke sounded international. Voice also sounded distant. Blocked the number.

They rang asking me about an electricity account I had over a year ago; tried to offer me some sort of discount on a new plan; told them I'm no longer the account holder on our electricity plan so she immediately stopped being friendly and said "bye then" but then the same number rang me two hours later? I didn't answer, and blocked the number.

Called me many times and I just blocked (02) 9119 9009.

said "hello, may I speak to the owner of this number."
