I'm getting two or three calls a day on my mobile. Answered it the first time - no one there.
I have entered their number into my phonebook as "Evil Telemarketer" so at least I don't accidentally answer it.
It sounds like a call centre on the pay of a couple of different companies - CommInsure, Optus, Telstra.
Anyone have any luck getting off their list?

this number has been calling me up for over a week. 4 times today! bloody hell... i googled the number the first time i missed it and i came across this forum. i am wondering how they got our numbers in the first place. i have a commonwealth acct and have a telstra home line. does everybody else?

I got call from (02) 9112 5000 many times during last couple of days.
i want to know, who this are?, i recon may be they r fraud and chasing anything or crete nusiance.

I have received quite a few calls from this no and there is no message ever left - i thought it may be my uni trying to call... Does anyone know if that's possible??Really, really annoying as they have started calleing really early in the mornings and also during the day while im at work - Can anyone shed some light on this?Very greatful for any information

YEAH THESE F****RS ARE DRIVING ME CRAZY...they rang around 3oclock......rang back on my work phone( dnt care if they get charged) "hi u have called HOSTED CONTACT SERVICE CENTRE GOODBYE)" sounds real dodge ... we need to some how get this f****r screwed... its driving me nuts... i wanna find the address some how... i really want to pay them a visit....looks like everyone does ....and yeah i am with optus and commonwealth bank

I have an account with optus and a credit card with Comm Bank so not sure who gave my deatils to this company but ....I logged an anwanted calls report with optus and I just called them back to ask if the could block that number..the answer was no but they offered to opt out from all marketing and promotions calls .....
they asked me to send an SMS to 2222 (just 4 digits) with the text "opt out" so that should take care of Optus...
now I will call Comm Bank to opt out of any of theirs promotional services and see if that stops it.
