rings every day around 3.30 questions about the computer. this time I asked her which computer as I have 6 she hung up, the last time I have asked her to wait and I would get my IT guy and she hangs up.

I work for a politician and often get calls from this number in the afternoon at about 3.30pm. It is often preceded by a call from a Private number. There is never anyone there. Maybe they realise that they have not called a home so just hang up without wasting their breath. Lazy scammers! I just wish they would take me off their list and save their call as well.

Rang and started asking questions about my computer, seeing people are complaining about this why isn't some thing being done about it.

I get at least 2 calls a day from this number usually at roughly the same times, like it's on an automatic dial program. Usually no one is at the other end but last week I got the lady with the Indian accent that was warning me about my computer issue and I did say 'do you think I'm stupid?' to her and she hung up really quickly.
It's like they don't really know who they are calling. I'm also on the do not call register.
I called the number back today and the msg said the number was disconnected.
So how do they do this?
I must say this is a very real nuisance. It's enough to make me give up my land line. I live in a regional area and a lot of people need a landline - a real safety issue :-(

They rang me said someone hacked into my computer ,I asked witch computer I have 4 computers he said all of them show to be hacked in ,what a load of sh*t I only have 1 computer I knew then it was a scam

I am surprised at how insistent they are, they rang 5 times now while I have not been here to answer. I also tried to get back to the number in case it was urgent. My situation is such I have a lot of urgent calls, but always able to return them. looked up number here and this is what I found, thanks guys, I now know not to try to return call if I get them again.

Usual stuff re pc file problem , go to computer etc.

Computer virus scam call.

Asked me if I was Mr Bigun, I said I was, he told me he was from Global IT Support, and it's about my computer. I asked him for his company ABN, and he became angry and said he can't give me that. Then he asked me (shouted) who I was. I told him he already knew that, you dumb so and so, and he hung up!!! Honestly, some people... I haven't heard from him since.

Always phoning will warn others. computer scammer

Claimed they were calling as computer specialists, told me something about software asked where my computer was and when asked who they were, I was told "vt" - "v for vagina and t for testicles" whilst laughing then hung up..

Scammers. Typical "your computer is putting viruses on the internet" scam. Do not answer.

Scam telling me my computer security was compromised. Attempting to extort I suspect.

When you answer this number nobody speaks to you.
When you call the number back, it says "This number is not in Service" ????
Funny but someone is using it, probably a scammer.

I called back number (02) 9104 7683 rang once then goes to busy tone.
