Scam avoidance/incorrect tax, voice recording. Just block number.

Same deal, pre recorded message saying you need to contact them in order to avoid an arrest warrant. Obviously a scam, and incredibly annoying because they called our number 4 times in 2 hours

I called back number (02) 9099 5794 rang once then goes to busy tone.

seriously these jokers are trying it on. Please let anyone (no everyone) know about these scammers so that they don't get stung by these mongrels and taken for a ride. I hope they get caught and soon

2 calls within 45 minutes stating to call back re Tax illegalities and to call back on (02) 8317 3357 to avoid legal action. Also made some comment about message not applicable for the No Not call Register!!

Just received a phone call from this scam..... and when rang back and question where they are form in Australia (he could not answer) the individual (Brian) told me to shut my mouth and hung up. Tried to ring back but the number is engaged.

They knew I was on the no call registry and stated that in my call. Something about a tax debt and to get me or my lawyer to contact them before a warrant for my arrest is executed.
DO NOT BELIEVE THEM.... THE ATO NEVER EXECUTES ARREST WARRANTS FOR TAX DEBT! Scammers >:(
