Got left theatening message from this number today

Tax scam do not provide details at all

Strike back every one just call once a day to the fake Tax Office number above it is hard to scam when you cant get your people to answer the phone.

Have received two calls automated threatening legal action because I have an unpaid tax bill it is a registered scam phone number.

So I called the number many times over ten minutes times mainly to enjoy asking if their family was proud of the criminal work they do as well as abusing them. An hour later and still it is just an engaged tone. Can't get through now. Pity!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!!! This Number leaves and Automated message from ATO HUGE SCAM.... in an Indian accent....something about they have authority to call private and businesses. that I haven't paid tax and blah blah blah didn't listen to the rest as other people have received the same threats recently so I just laughed.

Same as everyone else, called today

Recorded message regarding Taxation fraud. A continuation of the threatening call received last week. I know that I have paid the correct Tax for the years stated, so go right ahead with legal proceedings. I won't be giving bank account details.

Got this phone call and recorded message twice. Is obviously a scam to scare people into giving details to them.

DO NOT ACT ON THIS scam call saying:
"This is the final notice and your are accused of Tax avoidance and charges will be laid in due course blah blah blah... Please call us, or have your lawyer contact the phone number given blah blah blah..."

I called the number out of curiosity to see who answered, however, it beeped once and the call was disconnected immediately.

Told me there was a warrant out for my arrest and to contact a lawyer.
Sounds like a scam.

A message was left on my answering machine saying things about tax violation.... to contact a lawyer.......... SCAM.

They ask for my lawyer to contact the above number re unfiled taxes before restitution process commence. Does not say is from taxation nor mention my name. Probable a scam?

Tax Scam

Phone number is landline, but out of my area; did not pick up.

Left message. SCAM attempt regarding the common tax office legal action threat etc etc. They even gave this same number for contacting them on their 'Hotline'. Hang up, Ignore and Delete anything to do with these people.

Recorded message claimed to be from the ATO. Alleged that my tax accounts were overdue and there was a warrant for my arrest.
The choice of wording, foreign accent and poor quality of audio made it obvious that the call was a scam.
