called me and wanted to engage me about my phone not working.

Presume a scam/spam. Left a message in an Asian language.

this number left message saying "that GP needs to change information to avoid being suspended" and offered reply services in both english and chinese. I strongly suggest not to do this.

A guy who only speaks Chinese said he is from the immigration department.

Sounded like computer generated asian accent. Said my health records neded updating urgently. Said I could press options for English or Chinese.
