I got a call from this number this morning. Sounded like a guy saying the same thing everyone else has mentioned about a free 24 carat gold facial. I asked him who was the friend that referred me and he couldnt tell me so i asked for a number i could call them back on as i couldnt book a time in now and he said their line is very busy and he couldnt give me a number even though i could see the number on the screen. Don't know how they got my work number, i can't stand these calls.. now ihave to avoid answering my phone on Tuesday

Many calls from this number saying they are DeAura Australia or DeAura Spa Clinic. They said a friend had gave me their number but conveniently they couldn't name which friend it was? Said I had a free trial for a 24k gold facial. I wasn't interested at all but later on that day they called again, and yet again the next day. I researched them, found all these dodgy reviews and then blocked the number. Very unhappy with this company.

A woman called saying 'a friend of mine' recently had a 24 carat gold facial at their clinic and has anonymously referred me for a free $300 facial treatment.
I asked how to redeem this and they said to book an appointment time with her and bring photo ID to the clinic.
I advised that I wasn't comfortable doing so without knowing who referred me and she said she understood but wanted to know of anyone else I'd like to refer to which I declined as I've never used their services.
Sounds like a call centre - looked up their name:

We should be able to ban these annoying calls for good I have registered my number on the do not call register and still have calls daily for similar cold calling

I had the same experience. Somebody called me that a friend recommended me to have a free facial treatment. The product is so convincing. They promise they will have me reduce the age spot on my face so I got sacked in and signed in. I have contacting them for a couple of weeks on three contact numbers I was given several times during the day on different days but no answer. The phone appeared to be either busy or disconnected. Then I saw the message on their website about their scam. I have contacted the my credit card provider and was told I have to contact them first, write a letter stating I no longer wish to continue the debit on my card. I am yet to see if they will reply back.

This number called 7 times between 5.30pm and 6.30pm. I've had several phone calls from other numbers the past few weeks which I've blocked so they then use another number. The one time I picked up they said your friend gave us your details and we are offering a free facial. I asked which friend and they couldn't tell me who. I've been thinking back and recall that I went into this place on the corner of George and Market Street in the city a few months ago that looks like a hair dressing salon however they sell European moisturisers that when you purchase the whole range costs over $1000... when you say you don't want to spend that much on products the sale rep says they will give you their bonus allocation and it reduces the price by 30-50%. Needless to say not interested and I left. It seems since I went there I keep getting these calls. Going to stop in and make them remove my details from their system. Anyone else been there too?

I took the free facial, and they basically do half your face so you can see the difference, then whilst you're sitting there with half a face done, try to convince you to sign up to a load of treatments totalling at 1000's of dollars. If you stick to your guns, you don't actually have to buy anything, but certainly not a relaxing experience.

I got a call from this number on a Saturday night 9pm saying my friend referred me but would not tell me my friends name. She said i had 3 days to use the voucher for a free 90 minute massage with 24k gold rub of some sort. Sounds fishy. She referred me to there website http://www.deaura.com.au/contact.html But I'm skeptical to take the offer. Nothing is free these days.

Offering a free facial worth $300, said I was nominated by a friend, when asked who she couldn't say. They are just scam marketing calls. Trying to drum up business.

Gives out free facial treatment and claims that she got my contact from my 'friend'. When asked for my friend's details, she gave me a name who is NOT my friend. Tried calling the number back but it went into voicemail.
