I get calls from this number all the time. No one is ever ther, just silence. Occasionally, they leave silent voice mails as well. I also get calls from time to time from a number with the same prefix, but it ends with 2400... No one is ever there.

I get this call from a number I have no idea about. It has 02 prefix meaning nsw. But I do not deal with anyone there. Must be a telemarketer.
