Caller: A solar marketeer

I accidentally answered the phone on a 9072 number, even though I have been plagued for nearly a year by a variation of this number in 9070s 9071s and yes it is that solar scam. A guy with an accent just kept going and would not stop, I said I had solar, was a pensioner, and he seemed to know what was on my roof and was arguing I needed more. As if I would want him to install it!!! I asked him to go and he refused and I then shouted at him to f off and he shouted back that he would just keep ringing and ringing. I still have a bad adrenalin rush. As usual I will block his number, but I now have about 50 numbers of these numbers blocked. Can no one do anything about these guys with their accents????
