They wanted me to download an app ‘AnyDesk’ that would give them remote access to my phone.
They claimed my nbn was experiencing security issues and illegal activity was being done through my internet.

We Had a bit of fun and went along with it for a while. Until the Indian accented man told us we we could not understand basic English. He then asked if we were a black c&$t from Nigeria 😳😂 we cracked up laughing and he hung up

Indian accent claiming someone is trying to hack into my NBN, asked what I would want to do, I said NOTHING, JUST LEAVE IT and he said ok, F**k you and hang off at me.
Definitely went straight to my block list!

Female with Indian accent told me she is calling me from Telstra and there is an issue with my account. I am not a Telstra customer so I knew it's a scam. I decided to have fun so I said: "Oh we are colleagues!!! I work for Telstra too. Can you msg me on the internal chat?" She hung up straight away 😀

Claimed to be Commonwealth Bank security. Following up on prior scam call made on similar land line number.

Called and said that they were from Telstra NBN. When I told them I wasn't with Telstra, they told me I was an uneducated person and that I should die. Lovely.

SCAMMER CALLED SAYING FROM TELSTRA AND MY INTERNET HAD GONE FROM PRIVATE TO PUBLIC

Unknown caller - called during the workday - left a message on my message bank asking if I could hear them, meaning they'd missed my voicemail greeting, which lasts at least 5 seconds, so suspect it's a scam.

Automated voice system told me that my eBay account was attempting to withdraw $200 from my account. Proceeded to let me talk to a person who then told me there might be someone trying to hack into my account so I asked him what kind of details he needed, I said do you need my credit card information and he went silent. NEVER give out you bank card details out to

ONCE AGAIN, THESE DAMN INDIAN SCAMMERS ARE TRYING EVERY PLOY TO GET INFO. SAYING THEY'RE FROM AMAZON, TELSTRA, NBN, EBAY!!! VERY GLAD TO BE ABLE TO CHECK THROUGH THIS WEBSITE. YET ANOTHER NUMBER CONFINED TO THE "BLOCKED" LIST. SICK TO DEATH OF THEM!!!!!

Indian women on the phone first then put me through to a male supervisor. Someone claiming to be Telstra stating that internet issues and wanting me to open a browser to download something. I asked them for a phone number on which to return a call to them took a while for them to give me (03) 9010 6026.
