I called back number (02) 9062 3378 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.

Don't think it is a scam. Just a solar energy installer company cold calling everyone they can to drum up business

They have called repeatedly at least once a week for over a month now. have blocked.

Solar panel company. They spam call frequently even though I live in an apartment and ask to be taken off their call list. They hang up each time I tell them this but I keep getting calls.

Left a message: Robo voice (female) said "please hold, you're call is important to us". A few seconds of on-hold music, then a very young female voice saying hello before they hung up.

“Hey have you had a look yet at the government rebate letter I sent to you?”
Scam number.

Called them back on landline and wouldn't connect

Picked up call, to then hear ring/dial tones and a message (from a robot) that my call would be connected. Upon connection (to which I had muted my microphone), I was able to hear multiple other calls (in motion) in the background. Responder did not answer the phone and hung up after a few secs. Just blocked this number.

Don't bother picking this call up - it's most likely a scammer!

I think it's a scam sort of call
