I called back number (02) 9062 3338 reached voice mail but did not say for what company.

voicemail left, starting with general call centre background noise, then followed by a woman's voice saying "as you can see..." voice mail ends there no further contact made

Received missed call. No idea what the number is for. Did not leave a message. Suspect it is an auto dialler

My number is not listed anywhere. Whoever who called me from that number is definitely has very malicous intention.

Pretty sure it's a scam - just had a call, sounds like they're posing as some govt. agency but didn't respond when I didn't state my name or anything. Just a very uncomfortable 30 seconds of silence....
