Don't answer - suspected SCAM. They called my mobile 5 times in a row around 7pm at night. When I rang the number back (from private number) I got a "the mobile service you've called is currently unavailable" message.

Same as people's comments above - Debt collector for Click Energy the only company who you can't contact, I've sent over 20+ emails with no reply! Click energy will not allow you to speak with their advertised Financial Hardship Department.
